What this tool does

This tool checks cold email and outreach drafts for common structure points: greeting, self-introduction, recipient relevance, reason for outreach, CTA, signature, sender information, opt-out path, excessive wording, and link count.

Your input is processed in your browser. The draft text is not sent to an external server.

How to use

  1. Enter a subject line. This is optional.
  2. Paste the email body.
  3. Load an example preset if needed.
  4. Press “Check” to review the structure score and checklist.
  5. Use “Copy review” to save the improvement notes.

Supported / Unsupported

Supported

  • Japanese and English cold email drafts
  • Potentially misleading subject wording
  • Greeting, introduction, recipient mention, reason, CTA, and signature checks
  • Link count, exaggerated wording, and sensitive-information-like terms
  • Opt-out or “not relevant” path checks

Unsupported

  • Legal compliance decisions
  • Consent requirement decisions
  • Deliverability, reply-rate, or conversion prediction
  • Strict country, industry, or platform-specific compliance review
  • Automatic rewrite generation

How to read the score

The structure score is only a signal for whether common draft elements are present. A high score does not mean the email is safe or appropriate to send.

Looks complete means no major structure gap was detected. Review needed means one or more items should be checked before sending.

Errors

This tool does not use an external API, so network errors are not expected. If copying fails, check browser permissions or clipboard restrictions.

Output format

The copied output contains the draft review status, structure score, review suggestions, and disclaimer. The tool does not send or store the email body.

Disclaimer

This tool only helps review email draft structure. The sender must separately check applicable law, platform rules, relationship context, opt-out requirements, and internal policy before sending any outreach email.
