給水・給湯・冷媒などに用いられる銅製の管材。用途に応じて材質・肉厚・外径・硬さを選び、ろう付け、フレア、機械継手など指定された接続方式で施工する。

Copper tubing used for services such as water, hot water, and refrigerant lines. Material grade, wall thickness, outside diameter, and temper are selected for the application and joined by the specified brazed, flared, or mechanical method.

• 用途と圧力条件に合う管種・寸法を選定する。
• 切断後はバリ取りと清掃を行い、接続方式に必要な端末加工をする。
• 異種金属接触、支持間隔、保温・結露対策など周辺条件も確認する。

• Select tube type and dimensions appropriate to the service and pressure conditions.
• Deburr and clean the cut end before carrying out the required joining preparation.
• Consider dissimilar-metal contact, support spacing, insulation, and condensation control as part of the installation.
