Reconcile Proは¥3,980 JPYの買い切りデジタル機能です。
購入完了後のお客様都合による返金・キャンセルは、原則として受け付けません。購入後に機能を利用したこと、購入後に不要となったこと、その他購入者側の事情による返金希望は、原則として返金理由にはなりません。
ただし、二重請求、決済処理上の誤り、またはNicheWorks側の技術的不具合によりReconcile Proを利用できない場合は、状況を確認したうえで個別に返金対応を行うことがあります。法令上返金が必要な場合は、適用される法令に従います。
返金の自動受付・セルフサービス返金ボタンは提供していません。確認が必要な場合は Contact からお問い合わせください。
返金または決済紛争が成立した場合、その購入に由来するReconcile Proの利用権は無効になります。別の購入に由来する権利は、その購入の返金処理によって無効にはしません。

Reconcile Pro is a ¥3,980 JPY one-time digital feature purchase.
Customer-convenience refunds or cancellations are generally not accepted after purchase. Use of the Pro features, no longer needing the product after purchase, or other buyer-side circumstances generally do not qualify for a refund.
Duplicate charges, payment-processing errors, or a NicheWorks-side technical failure that prevents use of Reconcile Pro may be reviewed individually for a refund. Refunds required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law.
There is no automatic or self-service refund button. Contact us through Contact if a transaction needs review.
If a refund or payment dispute is completed, the Reconcile Pro access granted by that purchase is revoked. Entitlements originating from separate purchases are not revoked by that refund.
